‘Temptaions’~ meditation
In the temptations of beautiful mornings, feel yourself breathe
There are only the sounds of nature
The morning is calm and there is an awareness of the magical heart of silence
enveloping your soul from a million voices
Cows in the meadows are feeding and the parks are empty of child’s play
Listen to the sounds of your own breath
You feel tranquil and serene as you invision a beautiful lake
You can see shadows of overhanging branches casting a mirror image on the glassy waters
Performing ripples of water dance delicately to the movement of the breeze
The sky is superbly painterly, illuminating exquisite tones of warmth
Touching the softness of your skin upon your face
Close your eyes and feel the nature spirits with you
Breathe
The birds are singing and you are awakening to a majestic new day
You can hear the elegant splash of water as the ducks on the lake glide gracefully in the beauty of their own ballet
Your mind and your soul can be still for this short while
Immerse yourself in the timeless and idyllic setting of natures exhibitions
While all others remain sleeping

See the unique forms of crystal droplets placed delicately on the lawn
Glistening before you ~ dew drops of faeries you recall
Seek the inner sounds of silence as a family of birds echo above the skies
Flying free to a destination not even perhaps they know
Embrace your journey this day into the unknown
Into a land of possibilities!

Journey on the footpaths of nature, exploring
Deciding on your day and your future,
Seeking the essence of your identity.
The horizon is there for you to reach!
Breathe
Feel the chilled air rushing through your body
Indulging all of your senses
Nourishing you heart
Breathe in and breathe out
Close your eyes and capture the soothing vitality of riches flowing through you
Release yourself from the fears of today
With all of your joys
